Health Care Stabilization Fund.

26:2H-18.76 Health Care Stabilization Fund. 3. a. The Health Care Stabilization Fund is established as a nonlapsing, revolving fund in the Department of Health. The fund shall be administered by the Department of Health in consultation with the Department of the Treasury. The fund shall be comprised of revenues as are appropriated by the Legislature from time to time, along with any interest earned on monies in the fund. b. Monies from the fund shall be disbursed solely as grants to qualifying licensed health care facilities pursuant to eligibility criteria, and subject to conditions, prescribed by the Commissioner of Health in accordance with the requirements of this act.
