Funding of Health Care Subsidy Fund.

26:2H-18.58c Funding of Health Care Subsidy Fund. 11. a. The Health Care Subsidy Fund shall be funded with $15 million in General Fund revenues in calendar year 1996 and $41 million in General Fund revenues in calendar year 1997 and $42.9 million in General Fund revenues for the period January 1, 1998 through June 30, 1998. b. The Health Care Subsidy Fund shall be supported with revenues derived from efficiencies achieved by State use of an electronic data interchange system for health care claims and related information, in amounts necessary to provide funding for the provision of charity care pursuant to P.L.1992, c.160 (C.26:2H-18.51 et al.).
