26:2H-140 Ensurance of compliance. 12. The commissioner may take such actions to ensure compliance with the provisions of sections 1 through 11 of this act by the patient safety organization designated pursuant to section 5 of this act, by any health care facility licensed pursuant to P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-1 et seq.), and by any emergency care provider subject to regulation by the department, as the commissioner deems necessary and within his statutory authority to effectuate the purposes of this act.
