26:2H-12.58 Distribution of informational sheets. 3. The Department of Health shall distribute the applicable informational sheets, prepared and updated pursuant to section 2 of this act, to all licensed assisted living facilities in the State. L.2009, c.61, s.3; amended 2012, c.17, s.209.
