26:2G-41 Attorney General, agreements, allocated moneys, national opioid litigation resolutions. 3. The Attorney General, in consultation with the Commissioner of Human Services, shall be authorized to enter into agreements with counties and municipalities concerning the allocation and expenditure of moneys allocated to the State and its counties and municipalities in any national opioid litigation resolution.
