Acceptance of gifts, grants, etc.

26:2G-37. Acceptance of gifts, grants, etc. The commissioner is authorized to contract for and to accept any gifts, grants, devises, bequests, funds, facilities, property, services, or assistance in any form from the Federal Government, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or from any private agency or person for any of the purposes of this act. Any moneys so received may be expended by the commissioner to effectuate the purposes of this act, subject to the same limitation as to approval of expenditures and audits as are prescribed for State moneys appropriated for the purposes of this act.
