26:2G-34 Program of medical and community services. 4. The clinics, regional centers, and outreach offices established hereunder shall provide a complete program of medical and community services in connection with all aspects of substance use, substance use disorder, and related problems, including, but not by way of limitation, the following: educational programs; confidential drug counseling; vocational guidance and job placement; psychiatric, psychological, and social case work services; induction and outreach services; 24-hour telephone emergency capability; urine monitoring; detoxification; methadone maintenance; individual and community prevention program; individual self-help and group therapy; referral services for in-patient treatment; all areas of treatment and rehabilitation of persons with substance use disorder; aftercare treatment; and probation services for the courts and correctional systems.
