Transfer of certain files, books, papers, records and equipment to division of narcotic and drug abuse control

26:2G-11. Transfer of certain files, books, papers, records and equipment to division of narcotic and drug abuse control All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of any department, commission, council, board, office, authority or other agency, the functions, powers and duties of which have been herein assigned or transferred to the Division of Narcotic and Drug Abuse Control or to any office, authority or agency designated, continued or constituted hereunder, shall upon the effective date of this act be transferred to the department, division, office, authority or agency to which such assignment or transfer has been made hereunder.
