26:2F-13.2. Administrative rules The commissioner shall have all the powers necessary to make, establish and amend, after consultation with the Public Health Council, such administrative rules as may be necessary, desirable or proper to carry out his powers and duties under this act. L.1977, c. 332, s. 12, eff. Jan. 23, 1978.
