26:2D-9.2. Agreements with federal government or other states or agencies; performance of functions on co-operative basis The department may (a) enter into agreements, subject to the approval of the Governor, with the Federal Government, other States or interstate agencies to perform inspections and other radiation protection functions on a co-operative basis with the Federal Government, other States or interstate agencies; and (b) subject to available appropriations, make its personnel available for participation in training programs of the Federal Government and otherwise secure assistance from the Federal Government to maintain and improve the department's administration of this act.
