3rd degree crimes

26:2D-77. 3rd degree crimes A person who violates the provisions of section 3, 4, or 5 of this act, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, is guilty of a crime of the third degree. L. 1986, c. 83, s. 8, eff. Aug. 14, 1986.
