Prevention of exposure to unnecessary radiation

26:2D-10. Prevention of exposure to unnecessary radiation All sources of radiation shall be shielded, transported, handled, used and kept in such manner as to prevent all users thereof and all persons within effective range thereof from being exposed to unnecessary radiation.
