Labeling of retrofit devices.

26:2C-8.40 Labeling of retrofit devices. 15. Each retrofit device that is installed in the State shall be labeled with a legible and durable label affixed to the device. The label shall provide a unique identification number to be matched to the specific retrofit device and the specific vehicle required to use the retrofit device. No retrofit device may be sold or installed for use in the State unless it complies with the requirements of this section. L.2005,c.219,s.15.
