26:2C-3.1. Air pollution control commission abolished; transfer of functions, powers and duties The Air Pollution Control Commission is hereby abolished. All of the functions, powers and duties of the Air Pollution Control Commission in the Department of Health are hereby transferred to the Department of Health. L.1967, c. 106, s. 2, eff. June 15, 1967.
