Dishwater, drainage and waste liquids; disposition of

26:2-70. Dishwater, drainage and waste liquids; disposition of No dishwater, drainage from plumbing fixtures or other foul or putrescible waste liquids from or produced in connection with any public place shall be permitted to accumulate on the surface of the ground or be disposed of in a manner that will pollute any water supply or create a nuisance.
