"Public place" defined

26:2-62. "Public place" defined Within the meaning of this act a public place shall be any restaurant, lunchroom, cabin, barroom, hotel or other place where food or drink is offered for sale to the public, and any camp, trailer camp, tourist home or public recreation place or place of business where toilet facilities or water for drinking or culinary purposes may be available for use of the public.
