26:2-184.4 Purpose of information required. 11. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, the provisions of section 10 of P.L.2013, c.196 (C.26:2-184.3) shall not impose a standard of care obligation upon a patient's health care provider. The information required to be provided by section 10 of P.L.2013, c.196 (C.26:2-184.3) is intended to increase awareness of breast cancer and help facilitate a conversation between a patient and a patient's health care provider regarding the patient's risks for breast cancer.
