26:2-167.3 Rules, regulations. 3. The Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2004, c.137, s.3; amended 2012, c.17, s.127.
