Definitions.

26:2-137.8 Definitions. 1. As used in this act: �Department� means the Department of Health. �Lead screening� means the application of a detection technique to measure a person�s blood lead level and determine the extent of the person�s recent exposure to lead. L.2025, c.193, s.1.
