Comprehensive plan

26:2-134. Comprehensive plan Within six months of the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall prepare a comprehensive plan to control lead poisoning in the State. The commissioner shall submit the plan to the Governor and the Legislature. L. 1985, c. 84, s. 5, eff. March 25, 1985.
