26:2-127 Components of community program. 4. A community based high blood pressure control program shall provide: a. Hypertension screening; b. Treatment referral; c. Counseling for persons with high blood pressure as to proper diet, weight control, and appropriate care and treatment of the condition; and d. Patient follow-up and evaluation of treatment methods.
