Barber and beauty culture appropriations transferred

26:1A-84. Barber and beauty culture appropriations transferred All appropriations available and to become available to the State Board of Barber Examiners, and all appropriations available and to become available to the department of beauty culture control and to the board of beauty culture control are hereby transferred to the State Department of Health.
