N.J.S.A. 26:1A-82 — Transfer of employees of Crippled Children's Commission

26:1A-82. Transfer of employees of Crippled Children's Commission Such employees of the State Crippled Children's Commission, as the State Commissioner of Health may, after consultation with such commission, determine are needed for the proper performance of the work of such commission, are hereby transferred to the State Department of Health. Persons so transferred shall be assigned to such duties as the State Commissioner of Health shall after consultation with the commission, prescribe. L.1948, c. 444, p. 1755, s. 18.
