Budget request for appropriations

26:1A-79. Budget request for appropriations On or before the fifteenth day of September in each year, each of the boards and agencies within the Bureau of Examination and Licensing established hereunder shall prepare and submit to the State Commissioner of Health a budget request for appropriations for such board or agency for the ensuing fiscal year. The respective budget requests so prepared shall, upon approval of the State Commissioner of Health, be submitted to the State Treasurer. The total annual appropriations for any of such boards or agencies shall in no event exceed the total amount of all moneys paid into the State treasury for or on behalf of such board or agency, as provided herein, during the preceding fiscal year.
