Liability for furnishing information or data

26:1A-37.3. Liability for furnishing information or data No person may be held liable for damages or otherwise prejudiced in any manner by reason of furnishing information or data pertaining to the health of any person to the State Department of Health for use in connection with research studies described in section 1 of this act.
