26:1A-36.8. Rules, regulations 3. The Department of Health, in consultation with the Departments of Education and Human Services, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act.
