26:1A-36. Federal grants Subject to approval by the Governor and the Public Health Council, the commissioner may apply for and accept grants from the Federal Government or any officer or agency thereof, and may comply with the terms, conditions and limitations thereof, for any of the purposes of this act. Any moneys so received may be expended by the department, subject to any limitations imposed in the grant, to effect any of the purposes of this act, upon warrant of the Commissioner of Taxation and Finance on vouchers certified or approved by the Commissioner of Health.
