26:1A-131 Rules, regulations. 9. The Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to carry out the purposes of this act. L.2001, c.376, s.9; amended 2012, c.17, s.109.
