Provision of safe and healthful conditions, facilities and equipment to campers

26:12-4. Provision of safe and healthful conditions, facilities and equipment to campers Every youth camp operator shall provide to each camper safe and healthful conditions, facilities and equipment which are free from hazards that are causing, or may reasonably be expected to cause, death, serious illness, or serious physical harm, as well as adequate and qualified instruction and supervision at all times, wherever or however such camp activities are conducted and with due consideration of conditions existing in nature.
