Inapplicability of act to persons who object to medical examination, immunization or treatment on religious grounds

26:12-16. Inapplicability of act to persons who object to medical examination, immunization or treatment on religious grounds Nothing in this act shall be deemed to authorize or require medical examination, immunization or treatment for those who object thereto on religious grounds, except where such is necessary for the protection of the health or safety of others. L.1973, c. 375, s. 16, eff. Jan. 9, 1974.
