Additional immunity.

24:6I-15 Additional immunity. 17. In addition to any immunity or defense provided by law, the State and any employee or agent of the State shall not be held liable for any actions taken in accordance with this act or for any deleterious outcomes from the medical use of marijuana by any registered qualifying patient.
