24:6E-12. Inapplicability of act to dispensation of drug permits under institutional permits The provisions of sections 5 through 12 shall not be applicable to drug products dispensed under institutional permits when the institution involved has its own drug substitution mechanism. L.1977, c. 240, s. 13, eff. Sept. 29, 1977.
