Enforcement by municipalities

24:16B-7. Enforcement by municipalities Municipalities may continue conducting meat inspection programs within their jurisdiction and shall enforce the provisions of this act under the supervision of the secretary. L.1968, c. 105, s. 7, eff. July 1, 1968.
