24:16B-69. Inconsistent acts and rules and regulations superseded All acts and parts of acts, rules and regulations issued thereunder inconsistent in whole or in part with the provisions of this act are to such extent superseded. L.1968, c. 105, s. 69, eff. July 1, 1968.
