24:16B-66. Authority of department of health not abrogated or affected except as authorized by this act Nothing contained in this act or the orders, rules or regulations adopted thereunder shall abrogate, impair or affect the authority of the Department of Health or any county or municipal board of health except as the same relates to the slaughtering, processing or packaging of animals, carcasses, parts thereof, meat or meat food product or animal food product or the handling or distribution thereof as provided herein.
