Records of the secretary; reports to the Attorney General

24:16B-57. Records of the secretary; reports to the Attorney General The secretary shall keep a record of all his official acts, and shall preserve copies of all decisions, rules and orders made by him. The secretary shall make a semiannual report to the Attorney General with regard to the number and type of violations of this act, the facts incidental thereto and the disposition thereof.
