Oaths

24:16B-53. Oaths The secretary or any person authorized by law is hereby authorized to administer oaths to all such witnesses as may appear or be brought before said secretary or his duly authorized agent or employee. L.1968, c. 105, s. 53, eff. July 1, 1968.
