Issuance of subpoenas

24:16B-50. Issuance of subpoenas The secretary and his duly authorized agents and employees shall have the power to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers, records and documents for the purpose of obtaining such information as may be required to carry out the provisions of this act. Such subpoenas shall be signed by the secretary. L.1968, c. 105, s. 50, eff. July 1, 1968.
