Vehicle permits

24:16B-39. Vehicle permits The secretary shall cause to be issued a permit for each vehicle used by a licensee to transport any animal carcasses, parts thereof, meat or meat food product, animal food products or by-products of animals. The board may by rules or regulation prescribe the minimum sanitary equipment and conditions in each vehicle, the use of each vehicle, and the method of handling animal carcasses, parts thereof, meat and meat food products, animal food products and by-products of animals in said vehicle.
