Denatured eggs; labeling

24:11-5. Denatured eggs; labeling Eggs broken for manufacturing purposes shall be denatured at the time of breaking by the addition of some substances to the eggs which will make their use for food impossible, and such eggs shall be plainly and legibly labeled on the package or container with the words "For manufacturing purposes only" . All broken eggs not so denatured and labeled shall, for the purpose of this chapter, be held to be had in possession with intent to sell or use as food.
