24:10-73.6. Sale of adulterated frozen desserts prohibited No person by himself or by his agent, servant or employee shall sell, offer, or expose for sale or have in his possession with intent to sell frozen desserts (including coated frozen desserts, and the coating thereof) which is adulterated within the meaning of this act.
