24:10-57.13. Inspections; authorized inspectors The inspections provided for in this act may be made by the department or by any local board of health or any agency which the department certifies as qualified to conduct such inspections. L.1964, c. 62, s. 13. Amended by L.1972, c. 52, s. 2.
