Purchase, sale or possession of fish except during lawful period prohibited; fine

23:9-19. Purchase, sale or possession of fish except during lawful period prohibited; fine No person shall purchase, sell or offer for sale, or have in possession any fresh dead game fish or food fish, except during the lawful period for catching the same and the space of six days after such period has expired. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of ten dollars for each fish.
