Disposition of proceeds from sale, lease or exchange; use

23:8A-3. Disposition of proceeds from sale, lease or exchange; use All moneys received from any such sale or lease, or received as part of the consideration when an exchange of lands is made, shall be remitted to the State Treasurer and placed to the credit of a fund known as the "hunters' and anglers' license fund" created by and existing under the provisions of R.S. 23:3-11, said money to be used exclusively for such uses and purposes as are provided for by said act, and held and disbursed by the State Treasurer, on vouchers certified to by the division.
