Lands for game refuges; acquisition

23:8-7. Lands for game refuges; acquisition The board may lease by agreement with the owner thereof any lands in this state suitable for game refuges and exercise control thereof during the lease. The board may also acquire in the name of the state, title by gift or grant to any such lands.
