23:5-29. Shutting off, drawing off or screening waters prohibited; penalty No person shall shut off or draw off the waters of any pond, stream or lake in this state or place a screen in a pond, lake or stream without first obtaining permission from the board, under a penalty of one hundred dollars for each offense.
