23:5-15.1. Possession of unlawful bait; penalty No person shall have in possession any natural bait, live or preserved, any metal, plastic or wooden lures, plugs, spinners, flies, or any such contrivance that might be attached to a line or placed upon a hook for the purpose of catching fish, other than those specified as legal while angling in waters designated as having such restrictions under the Fish and Game Code, under a penalty of $20.00 for each offense.
