Possession of gun evidence of violation

23:4-32. Possession of gun evidence of violation The possession in this state of a shotgun or rifle at any place outside of buildings by an unnaturalized, foreign-born person, shall be conclusive proof of a violation of section 23:4-31 of this title, and shall render him liable to the penalty fixed thereby.
