N.J.S.A. 23:4-24.3

Baited area defined

23:4-24.3. Baited area defined For the purpose of this act, "baited area" shall mean the presence of placed, exposed, deposited, distributed, or scattered agricultural products, salt, or other edible lure whatsoever capable of attracting, or enticing such birds or animals. Growing and unharvested crops shall not be considered baiting or feeding game birds or game animals. L.1970, c. 180, s. 2, eff. Aug. 13, 1970.
