Use of ferrets prohibited; penalty

23:4-14. Use of ferrets prohibited; penalty No person shall hunt, kill or destroy, or attempt to hunt, kill or destroy, a hare or rabbit with ferrets, or have a ferret in possession in the woods or fields, under a penalty of fifty dollars for each offense.
